Dwarf Desert Star Cherry originated from a cross made by Ray South named Plucky F1 between Galina and Golden Dwarf Champion. Dwarf Desert Star Cherry was selected and named by Robin Bort. It is a vigorous bushy potato leaf dwarf producing very high yields of round 1 ounce ivory colored cherry tomatoes with a balanced, sweet flavor. It is on average an early season variety.
